FAQ’s

 

Q. Am I able to try cakes before I order?

A. Sorry not at the moment. As we bake to order we do not keep a stock of Cupcakes available at present.

 

Q. How long will my order take?

A. We request at least 48 hours notice on ALL orders. However, if you require something more special or unusual it may take us longer to source ingredients etc. Also the more notice we get the more chance you have of securing the date you require as we can book up quite quickly in advance.

 

Q. Are the Cupcakes sweet?

A. Yup – that’s the whole idea J

 

Q. How do I store my Cupcakes?

A. Always in a refrigerator is best. Given the warmth of the climate in the UAE we advocate that you keep your Cupcakes in the fridge until you wish to eat them. They are best eaten at room temperature, so take them from the fridge about 30 minutes before enjoying them.

 

 

Q. Can I have a list of ingredients used in my cupcakes?

A. Yes upon special request. NB. This will not be in recipe format.

 

Q. Do you deliver my order, or should I collect it?

A. We always prefer for you to collect your order; It means more time for me spent in the kitchen creating Cupcakes!

Also that way you have no additional delivery charges.

 

If your order is more than Dhs 600/- delivery is FREE within Abu Dhabi only.

Delivery may be restricted during busy times due to time constraints .

You will be notified of delivery charges via email prior to delivery. 

 

 

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. Only in Abu Dhabi at present. Please check if delivery is available to your location at time of placing your Cupcake order.

Free delivery to Khalifa City A & B, Raha Gardens, Mangrove Village, Seashore Villas, Officers City and Between two Bridges only.

 

Q. Do you only make Cupcakes or can I order large size cakes also?

A. Sorry we specialise in Cupcakes only at the moment and cannot accommodate orders for large size cakes.

 

 

Q. What if I cancel my order?

A. If your order has been confirmed via email and you cancel within 24 hours of your delivery time you will lose any deposit paid as your order will have already commenced. Under exceptional circumstances we may consider giving a refund. This is subject to approval.

 

Q. How can I pay?

A. Cash only please and correct change is always much appreciated

Sorry we are unable to accept personal/ business cheques or Credit Cards at this time.

 

Q. Is there a maximum number of Cupcakes I can order?

A. Yes. We bake each batch to order and we are a small kitchen therefore each order is given a time frame. Some orders take longer as they are more complicated so that would determine the amount of Cupcakes we are able to produce in any one day. You will be advised at time of ordering on the maximum amount for your order.
